Last summer was spent in Minnesota, living at my host sisters apartment whilst doing an internship. Really was the best summer spent with one of my best friends and we made it amazing. Lizzies uncle lived for the time being down in Oklahoma, and for his sons first birthday, we decided to roadtrip down to them to celebrate. I think it took around 13 hours to drive from Minnesota to Oklahoma, but it was soo much fun! We drove through Iowa, Missouri and Kansas to get there. And whilst there we took a 3 hour extra car ride down to Texas just to cross the state limit. Whilst driving we got caught in a storm and it was terrifying since Lizzies windshield wipers didn't work properly and it really felt like we were gonna get blown away, Carrie Underwood style.
